Giveaway: Linda Coss Food Allergy Book

by Rose on May 28, 2009

At the recent Food Allergy Twitter Party I won a copy of a Linda Coss Food Allergy Book. Her books look awesome but don’t apply to my daughters allergies. (The oldest just outgrew her corn allergy and the youngest is allergic to tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and eggplant.) Since I can’t use it I’ve decided to re-prize the book to one lucky blog reader. The official prize is:

Winner’s choice of one of Linda’s Three books personally autographed from her and shipped directly to the winner.

The books you get to choose from include (The descriptions are from Linda’s promotional material. I wish I could give a more personal description but I haven’t read them.):

I’d like “What Else is to Eat” because I’m tired of eating the same few meals over and over again, but don’t have a lot of time to fix elaborate meals.

What’s to Eat? The Milk-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free Food Allergy Cookbook because I don’t have either cookbook but I do have that last book and it is AWESOME (just referenced it today since we are going on a vacation actually!)

I’d love a copy of What’s To Eat (my son is allergic to egg, milk, and nuts, along with sesame and wheat), or the follow-up, What Else Is To Eat (I like that it says it has more emphasis on fast and easy recipes…that’s my kind of cooking). Thanks!

I could enjoy any of these books! I’d choose ““How To Manage Your Child’s Life-Threatening Food Allergies: Practical Tips For Everyday Life” first. My son’s starts Kindergarten in the fall and in a lot of ways I feel like we are entering a whole new world (and new food challenges) with him entering school-age activites.

I would like what else to eat. Would be used for my family which is two boys with autism. I have eczema and asthma and been told better not to eat wheat and my one son only drinks rice milk and the other loves soy pudding.
